What this request does

Sending this request tells us not to sell or share your personal information, and lets you ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can ask for one of these or several at once — mark which below.

Who this is for

California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). EU and UK residents have equivalent rights under the GDPR. This page serves both: you don’t need to specify which law applies to you; tell us what you want done with your data and we’ll handle it under whichever applies.

Identity verification

Before acting on a request, we need to confirm it’s really you asking. This protects your data from being altered or deleted by someone else impersonating you. We’ll verify your identity using the name and email you send us, matched against what we already hold, and may follow up if we need to confirm anything before processing the request.

Response timeframe

Under the CCPA, we’ll respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request, with a possible one-time 45-day extension for complex requests (we’ll tell you if that applies). Under the GDPR, we’ll respond within 30 days, with a possible extension of up to two further months for complex or numerous requests. Either way, we’ll confirm receipt and keep you updated if it’s going to take longer than the standard window.
